Frontline Plus for cats is a topical flea and tick treatment for 8 weeks and older kittens and cats that weigh 1.5 lbs and more. Other than adult fleas and ticks, the liquid solution terminates flea eggs, larvae, and pupae and stops them from coming back, hence prevents re-infestations. Frontline Plus Topical Treatment also kills chewing lice and protects cats from painful flea bites.

Frontline Plus for Felines is made with two active ingredients, fipronil, and s-methoprene. Fipronil terminates adult fleas and ticks, whereas, s-methoprene works as Insect Growth Regulator (IGR) and eliminates life stages of the parasites, and thus stops the re-infestation.
